Find any past meeting, even the words you've forgotten.
Every saved meeting keeps its transcript, its analysis and its generated email together. Search that history by exact phrase when you remember it, or by meaning when you don't.
Saving and search are Pro features. Start free and upgrade when your history matters.
Your meeting history in one searchable place
On Pro plans, meetings are saved automatically once they've been processed. Open Meetings in the app and every session is there — the transcript, the AI analysis with its decisions, actions and risks, and the follow-up email that was generated from it. That's what search runs against, which is why searching finds meaning and not just filenames.
One finds words. The other finds ideas.
You'll use both, usually without thinking about which is which.
Keyword search
Matches the words you type. Best when you know something specific: a client name, a project code, a person, a phrase somebody definitely used.
Search: “Northfield migration” → the meetings where that exact term appears.
Semantic search
Matches the meaning behind the words. Best when you remember the topic but not the language people used to describe it.
Search: “budget discussion” → meetings where finances were discussed, even if nobody said “budget”.
| You're trying to… | Use | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Find a named client's meetings | Keyword | The name is exact and will appear literally. |
| Find “the meeting about pricing pushback” | Semantic | Nobody labels it that way at the time. |
| Track down a specific decision | Either, then Ask | Search narrows it down; Ask My Notes gives you the answer. |
| Gather related meetings to compare | Semantic | Related conversations rarely share a vocabulary. Then compare them. |
Search is the entry point, not the destination
Finding the meeting is step one. What makes it worth finding is everything attached to it.
Ask a question about it
Once you're in the meeting, ask what was agreed rather than reading the transcript. Ask My Notes.
Compare it with its neighbours
Select the related meetings and see what changed between them. Meeting comparison.
Follow the whole journey
Bring related meetings together into a Journey and read the sequence in order. Journey Intelligence.
